Founders are regularly told they need to network like crazy in order to be successful. On the surface, that sounds like going to a bunch of events and meeting a bunch of people. But lots of time can be wasted and opportunities missed if there’s not a strategy associated with the activity.
This article explains my personal best practices for networking at an event so that you can become a badass ninja at it.
